When will I receive my order?


Please allow up to 1 week for sweet treats to produce your order. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.




If I am sending a Sweet Treat as a gift, can you send straight to the recipient?


Yes, please enter the receivers delivery details in the shipping section when checking out.




Can I add a personalised note to my order?


Yes, you can add your personalised note to the “add note” section before adding your order to basket.




Do you offer a Vegan or Vegetarian option?


Yes, please see our Vegan & Vegetarian options in our products section.




What is your delivery policy?


Standard delivery starts from £2.50 and will vary dependent on the weight of order. These orders will be sent by Hermes 2nd class, please allow 3 - 4 days from dispatch.




Do I get choice of the sweets in my order?


Sweet Treats will pick a variety of delicious sweets to fit the colour and theme of your order. However, if you would like a specific sweet(s) than please state in the special requirements box in the product pages, please note there might be an extra charge dependant on what sweets/chocolate you would like.




What about allergies?


Please make us aware of any allergies or intolerances you may have before placing your order. You can do this using our additional information box before checkout.




What is your returns policy?


Unfortunately orders are non refundable due to food hygiene. If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us at sweetreatsbycharlotte@hotmail.com.

All personal details provided such as names, address, emails and mobiles won’t be shared with third parties. This information is for our use only. Name, address, email and mobile number will be used for delivery use only and is printed on the front of the bag solely for shipping purposes. Our shipping company is fully compliant of GDPR. If you do not want your mobile number information to be placed on the front of your bag, please don’t provide it upon ordering. 

INCORRECT DETAILS

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct when placing an order. If you think that you have provided us with wrong details please notify us within 24 hours of placing order to update. It is your responsibility to provide the correct information and if failed to do so you will not be eligible for a refund or a replaced order.
